Cancellation Policy
We ask you provide 24hr notice when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. If you are running late, please notify us via phone (734) 386-0017 as soon as possible. No-shows are charged 100% of the total amount scheduled and risk not being able to book again in the future. Late cancellations risk a service fee of 50%. We understand things happen.
